Release Notes 23.08.20

  • Upgraded Ibex PDF Creator (the XSL-FO to PDF converter) to version 6. Fixes the problem with links that do not work in chromium based browsers (Edge, Chrome). BatchPublish will continue to use the older version 4 for now and will be updated in the next sprint.

  • Added a "Image Browser" user role. Image browser users may use the Image Browser app in the web portal and may browse all approved images.

  • User roles: Fixed a few inconsistencies in permissions and module access. See table below for updated module access.

  • Internal Editor: Spellchecker is now turned off by default. Improves load time when opening large files.

  • Fixed a bug causing a crash when trying to undo checkout on an IE checked out by another user.

  • Task/IE Comments: Fixed a rare bug that caused a crash when activating a task or IE list with no selected row.

  • Publish: Fixed a bug that caused error messages from publish to be corrupted.
