You need "System Administration" rights to be able to do this.

Check out template

  1. Select Manage Templates using :

    • Ribbon Menu   File   Templates

  2. Select a template in the list.

  3. Check out the template using:

    • Context Menu   Check out

    The template file is now opened in the tool associated with the file type. Illustrations are most often opened in Adobe Illustrator and xml files are opened in the internal xml editor.

  4. Edit the template according to your needs.

  1. Check in the template using:

    • Context Menu   Check in
