IE status
All IEs in Kentucky has one of six statuses. The statuses have an internal hierarchy, it is only possible to step forward in status. Only allowed options are possible to select in Kentucky. System administrator can override these rules and set any status.
Status is usually changed either from the menu row or using the short cut menu at right click on IE.

The only status to be used for editoring. New revisions can be created. A new revision keeps the previous version available from the history row.
Color in Kentucky: Black
- Review

IE not editable. New draft revision must be created to be able to edit.
Color in Kentucky: Blue
- Approved

IE is valid. No translations are available. Edit is not possible. New draft version must be created to be able to edit.
Color in Kentucky: Green
- For translation

IE is valid. Edit is not possible. This status will remain as long as any language remains to be delivered into Kentucky. It is possible to publish the delivered languages.
Color in Kentucky: Blue
- Translated

IE is valid. Edit is not possible. New draft version must be created to be able to edit.
Color in Kentucky: Green
- Obsolete

Set to obsolete when the content is irrelevant. Edit is not possible. IE saved in Kentucky for archival purposes.
Possible to set either selected version or all versions to obsolete. Set only selected version to obsolete if the IE needs to be used for previous versions of the document where it's used. Set all versions to obsolete when no version should be available.
