Added a confirmation dialog when deleting IE relations to prevent accidental deletions.

Added a more informative hover popout to links in the review web interface.

When updating users from the admin interface you no longer have to supply a new password. This was interfering with the new password change feature.
User administrators can now change the password for users by right clicking the user name in the admin and chosing the change password option.
