Select Manage Template Folders using :

• Ribbon Menu   File   Template Folders

In bottom left panel, expand the "Information type" structure and select a folder. (current templates in that folder is shown in bottom right panel)

Select a template in the top panel.

Select Add Template to Folder using :

• Context Menu   Add
